All City-run parking structures are open during the 2026 construction season.
The 4th and William Structure is OPEN, but the 4th Ave entrance/exit is closed. Please use the William St entrance/exit. Explore the Downtown Construction Parking Map for road closure information.

MONTHLY PARKING PERMITS
MONTHLY PARKING PERMIT TYPES
The parking system offers three (3) types of monthly permits:
Standard
- These permits provide a guaranteed parking space in a particular facility 24/7.
Reserved
- These permits provide an assigned space in a particular facility 24/7, generally on the ground floor.
Limited/Overnight
- These permits provide parking from 3:30 pm to 9:00 am Monday through Friday, all day on weekends, and on certain holidays.
