All City-run parking structures are open during the 2026 construction season. 

Some entrances/exits on the Ann Ashley and William & Fourth structures will be temporarily closed later in the season. Both garages shall remain open. 

MONTHLY PARKING PERMITS

MONTHLY PARKING PERMIT TYPES

Standard

• These permits provide a guaranteed parking space in a particular facility 24/7.
• Currently, Standard permits are only available at some locations.
• There may be a waitlist at your desired location. View the Standard Permit Waitlist.
• Please send an email (parking@a2dda.org) to be added to the waitlist or call (734-997-1310) for more information.

Reserved

• These permits provide an assigned space in a particular facility 24/7, generally on the first or ground floor.
• There are currently waitlists for Reserved Permits at all locations, except Liberty Square. View the Reserved Permit Wait List.
• Please send an email (parking@a2dda.org) to be added to the waitlist or call (734-997-1310) for more information.

Limited/Overnight

• Limited/overnight permits are currently available.
• These permits are $40/month and provide parking from 3:30 pm to 9:00 am Monday through Friday, all day on weekends, and on certain holidays.
• They are available at the following locations:
  • 1st & Washington Structure
  • Forest Structure
  • 4th & William Structure
  • Liberty Square Structure
  • Ann Ashley Structure
  • Library Lane Structure
