Reporting Requirements

Public Act 57 requires DDA’s make documents available to the public. We are happy to provide this information, please let us know if you are having trouble finding a document, info@a2dda.org.

DDA Annual Reports

As required by Public Act 57 of 2018, the DDA prepares and submits an annual report on the status of the tax increment financing account to the Ann Arbor City Council, the taxing units, and the Department of Treasury.

DDA Annual Budget

As required by Public Act 57 of 2018, the DDA submits an annual budget to the Ann Arbor City Council for their approval prior to adoption by the DDA Board. The DDA’s fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30. The budget is presented to the City Council in April and is approved by their last meeting in May. The DDA Board typically adopts the budget at their June meeting.
