FOIA

DDA Freedom of Information Policy

Eliminate the need to file a FOIA request and save time by checking the DDA archive. Archives include, among other things, DDA meeting minutes, budgets and studies. We are happy to help you find what you are looking for.

How to Submit a FOIA Request:
Requests to inspect or obtain copies of public records of the Ann Arbor DDA must be submitted in writing.  The request must describe the public record sufficiently to enable the DDA to find it. It must include the name, address, and contact information of the requester. For your convenience, the DDA provides a FOIA request form, although no specific form is required.

To assist the DDA in providing a prompt response, please use “FOIA” or “FOIA Request” in the subject line of the email or communication containing the request.

Requests may be sent by mail: Ann Arbor DDA, ATTN: FOIA Coordinator, 150 South Fifth Ave., Suite 301, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

Via email to:  dda@a2dda.org
