Downtown Development Area Resident Consultancy Council (DDARCC)

The state legislation that created the DDA also provided for the creation of a Downtown Development Area Resident Consultancy Council (DDARCC). This group of residents living within the DDA boundary acts in an advisory capacity on the DDA’s proposed development and TIF plans.

DDARCC members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.
